France - spring 2021
In early spring of 2021 we travelled to the Bourgogne and the Dordogne in France with our Jolly Egg.
The first town we visited was Brantôme.
We visited the beautiful village Saint-Jean de Cole.
We also visited the castle Château de Jumilhac.
Next we visited Autun with its roman remains like the Saint-André Gate and the roman theater.
And the impressive Cathedral of St Lazarus of Autun.
The St Vincents Cathedral and cafe culture in Place St Vincent, Chalon sur Saone, Burgundy.
The city Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, with its old museum with the impressive Beaune altarpiece by Rogier van de Weyden.
